  • A Wedding planner is there from the beginning, design, budgeting, pacing planning, vendor research & selection. Wedding planners are typically booked early on in the wedding planning process. A Day-of Coordinator is present on your wedding day to ensure all of the wedding plans come together. A wedding coordinator is perfect for couples who have found their venue & some or all of their vendors, though needs someone to step in on the logistics and actual wedding day to run the show. Usually a day-of coordinator is booked anytime from 6-8 months prior to a wedding and begins working closely with a couple 4-8 weeks prior to their wedding to ensure the day runs smoothly and according to the couple’s vision.

  • A venue coordinator deals with everything having to do with the venue- food, set up, etc. A wedding coordinator works for you and has your best interests! They will be up early in the morning when you’re getting your hair and makeup and stay as late as the last dance packing up all your stuff.
